Youth Fitness Program
This program includes instructional sessions on strength training, core strengthening, swimming and other fitness activities. Membership gives you access to the Aquarena Fitness Center at specified times as well as various swims at the Aquarena. Members have access to the main change rooms at the Aquarena. Members only change room and hot tub are not available to tri-fit members.
Qualified instructors will lead you through the following training sessions:
- Instruction on running - technique, pacing, style, etc.
- Strength training
- Core strengthening
- Swimming
Drop-in swims are also available.
