Unwind or tone up and everything in between. A variety of fitness classes are yours to enjoy at The Works.

Cardio
Kickbox

Kickbox is a totally different way to do aerobics! This class will help keep you fit and toned with kickbox, boxing and interval moves. Learn advanced kickbox combinations and how to properly punch and kick. We're sure you'll love this class!
Boot Camp
& Tone
Want to really sweat? Come to Boot camp and you'll have no choice! By offering circuit stations with army style drill moves, interval moves and resistance training moves, this class is guaranteed to make you work!
Athletic
Style Step
Beat workout boredom! This intense step workout features interval moves, power moves and athletic style step moves all adapted for the step. This class focuses less on choreography and more on power and creativity. Best of all, it's easy to follow and perfect for something different!
Advanced
Step
Think you're a step expert? Then maybe it's time that you went to the next level! This high energy class feature unique step moves and challenging, but fun, choreography. You'll love the music too!
Intermediate
Step
If you are new to step or want to become better, this is the class for you! This low intensity class features traditional and basic moves, light choreography and shows you how to master proper techniques on the step.


Body Bar
Sculpt
Worried about bathing suit season? We have a solution for you! This class will sculpt your muscles so well that you'll be toned for every season. The body bar is ideal for muscle toning and challenges you more then regular dumbbells. Try it and find out!

Body Bar
Interval

This fast paced, challenging class combines cardio intervals with resistance training using the bar. You'll be alternating between the two, so your heart is guaranteed to stay pumping. Plus, there's no time for boredom because the routine changes every few minutes!
Absolute Abs Everyone wants great abs - so come to class and absolutely get them! You'll learn proper technique and moves guaranteed to get you those washboard abs you've been dreaming about! (Added at the end of selected classes).

High/Low &
Absolute Abs

Let's burn some calories! This class features a variety of easy to follow high and low impact moves. It's a simple workout, but you work hard because you alternate between high and low impact. Plus it's a lot of fun - and the more fun you have, the more calories you burn!


Pilates Toning Pilates isn't just a fad - it's a fantastic way to improve muscle tone. This class begins with yoga style warm up and leads into Pilates moves designed to enhance muscle tone, strength and flexibility.
Morning Fit This low impact cardio class is light on the joints, but offers a solid workout. It features easy to learn moves and fun, upbeat music. Q great way to start the day!
Trim & Tone Come nd get toned! Using dumbbells and tubing. this class focuses on improving muscle strength and endurance. Using a series of low impact movements, this class covers each muscle group and shows you how to get the most out of each exercise.
On the Ball Get fit on the ball! Learn how to use the ball to improve balance, abdominal's and core strength. You'll perform traditional resistance training exercises on the ball, making the movements even more challenging.
