Payment Options: Cash, Debit, Credit Card or Pre-Authorized Credit Card Deductions. Personal Cheques are not accepted.   Credit/Refund Policy - Medical Reasons Only Refund/credit requests will not be processed without original receipt of payment and medical note If your child is sick you must notify the camp office at 864-2122 that day so the camp counselor will know not to expect your child. Refund/credit application forms are available at the Camp Whatchamacallit Office (main entrance Field House) or at the Aquarena or Field House Customer Service Centres.  Once your form is completed you must pass it, your medical note and receipt into the locations listed above. No refund or credit will be issued if we receive your application after the second day of each weekly camp CredRefunds will be subject to a $15 administration fee plus the cost of days received/or passed up to the refund/credit application submission date.
