The Policy Manual adopted by MURC’s Board of Directors January 24th, 2006 deals with Financial, Administration, Human Resource and Operational matters. While comprehensive it is a living document which is subject to review and updating as circumstances dictate. In any circumstance not included or inadequately addressed in this policy manual, the discretion of the Director/General Manager applies.
